Hi Crystal,
Congrats on your house. Edith gave me your website because turns out I’m moving to Durham cause I’m starting a PhD at Duke in September. If you have any advice on where to look for housing, that would be great. I’m actually going to be looking to buy probably next year so tips on neighborhoods or the city in general would be great. Looks like everything’s going well in your life. Hope to talk to you soon.

Hi Erin - great to hear from you! You should send me your e-mail address. I’d be happy to provide any advice I can on housing. There are a ton of great neighborhoods here, and I think you’ll like life in the Durham area. The neighborhood where we just moved (called Eno Trace) to has a lot of young families and working professionals at Duke. When you are able to visit, I can give you a Durham tour.
